Chicken Salad- for 223 calories!

Ingerdients:
3 chicken cooked breast, cubed
1 cup plain yogurt
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped seedless red grapes
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Cinnamon
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
I grilled my chicken on my George Foreman, then cubed it after it was cooked. I supposed you could cube it then cook it in a pan to save time.
Just toss it all in a large bowl, mix it up really well, add your salt and pepper and cinnamon to taste.
Enjoy on a slimwich bun, whole wheat tortilla, or lettuce leaf. Or just eat it with a fork like me. Grated carrots are a great addition/ topping as well.
