I've been abstinent for 8 days now! Woohoo! I feel awesome and its cool how I can tell when I'm teetering and can use my tools to catch myself. Loving life right now.
I took my kids to the park today and ran into someone I know so that was nice. Its getting so cold already! We went to the store and got new snowboots for my son and new mittens because his are lost as usual. I had intended to pick up a spaghetti squash to have with my meatballs tonight but I forgot. I did however get some decaf coffee (sooo HAPPY about that!).
