Breakfast- 2 eggs, 1 breakfast sausage, 1/2 grapefruit, 1/4 cup steel cut oats,6 oz mango kefir 

Lunch-  fruit salad, chicken breast, carrots with hummus

snack- fruit salad with grahams

Dinner- Steak with Peas
